| Code | Description/Troubleshooting |

| COL-201 | The external report ID provided is invalid or not recognized. |
| COL-300 | The username or password is incorrect. |
| COL-401 | The specified domain does not exist or is not accessible. |
| COL-402 | The domain exists, but no reports were found within it. |
| COL-403 | The system was unable to obtain application metadata. This may indicate a configuration or connectivity issue. |
| COL-501 | An unexpected error occurred during processing.
